By using GUI (gui.now) ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. The Service is operated by Stratus Labs ("we", "us", "our").
GUI provides an API that accepts HTML and returns a shareable URL where that HTML is rendered. That's it. We host your content temporarily and serve it to anyone with the link.
Don't use GUI for:
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice.
The Service has rate limits and usage quotas that vary by plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action.
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Don't use GUI as your sole data store — content expires and may be removed.
Keep your API keys secret. You're responsible for all activity under your key. If you suspect your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GUI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
